The Downtown Planning & Housing Element Subcommittee held a meeting to discuss the $75,000 Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) grant that has been awarded to the City for Housing Element work. The grant would be used to work with interested nonprofit and government entities to analyze potential housing development on their property. Staff provide an overview of the proposed approach to using the awarded grant funds and the estimated timeframe to complete the grant work.
