Litigation Documents
An organization named Orindans for Safe Emergency Evacuation (OSEE) has challenged the City’s Plan Orinda approvals and the Environmental Impact Report as prepared under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (see above). That action has been filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court as Case No. N23-0579. The City is defending against the lawsuit. Case documents are available here for download.
