Staff Recommendation: Receive the report, take public testimony, and provide feedback on the revised draft Housing Element.
Action: No formal action or vote was taken. Feedback was provided on the revised draft Housing Element. The Subcommittee recommended the revised draft Housing Element be presented to the City Council for feedback at the November 1st Council meeting.
