The Downtown Planning & Housing Element Subcommittee held a focused discussion regarding the transmission lines that transverse through downtown Orinda. PG&E representatives were in attendance to answer questions related to feasibility, cost, constraints, and process regarding the existing alignment and potential undergrounding or re-routing of the transmission lines.
