Housing Element Rezonings Implementation

On September 30, 2025 the City Council introduced Ordinance 25-04 and Ordinance 25-05 to implement the required rezonings of 31 Housing Element Downtown and Opportunity Sites. This introduction was accompanied by required resolutions amending the General Plan and General Plan maps. City Council directed Staff to bring the General Plan resolutions back for consideration at the second reading of the proposed ordinances.
