On Tuesday, September 6th, the City Council held a virtual meeting to discuss two topics regarding the Downtown Precise Plan: (1) draft vision and guiding principles and (2) draft San Pablo Creek restoration analysis memo. Staff presented a draft of the vision and guiding principles to the Downtown Planning & Housing Element Subcommittee on July 18th and to the Planning Commission on August 9th.
Staff Recommendation: Receive the report, take public testimony, and provide feedback on both the draft Vision & Guiding Principles chapter and the draft San Pablo Creek restoration analysis memo.
Action: No formal action or vote was taken. Feedback was provided on the draft Vision & Guiding Principles chapter and the draft San Pablo Creek restoration analysis memo.
