On Tuesday, August 9th, the Planning Commission held a virtual meeting to discuss the Downtown Precise Plan draft vision and guiding principles. Staff presented a revised draft of the vision and guiding principles based on feedback received at the July 18th Downtown Planning & Housing Element Subcommittee meeting.
Staff Recommendation: Receive the report, take public testimony, and provide feedback on the draft Vision & Guiding Principles chapter.
Action: No formal action or vote was taken. Feedback was provided on the draft Vision & Guiding Principles chapter.
