The Downtown Planning & House Element Subcommittee held a meeting to discuss the draft objective design standards. Objective design standards are a key component of the Downtown Precise Plan that will govern the built form and character of future development that is subject only to streamlined review. The meeting was to obtain preliminary feedback and no decision was made at the meeting.
