On Tuesday, November 9, 2021, the Planning Commission held a study session to discuss the new Housing Element state law, Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA), and the RHNA sites inventory.
Staff Recommendation: Receive the report, take public testimony, and provide feedback on the proposed sites inventory.
Action: Feedback was provided and no action was taken.
