Vision & Guiding Principles

Read the Downtown Precise Plan (DPP) draft Vision & Guiding Principles chapter! The draft Vision & Guiding Principles chapter is built upon prior discussions at workshops as well as public input from prior downtown surveys.

The newest draft represents a proposed final version that has been refined to reflect the extent of DPP efforts to date, ensure a clear vision for the future of Downtown Orinda, and establish a comprehensive set of goals and policies that will guide the community towards that vision.

A Downtown Planning & Housing Element Subcommittee meeting will be held on July 18, 2022 at 4:30pm to obtain feedback from the Subcommittee and public. See the Calendar page for more information regarding the meeting.
